Ramsay – who has had plenty of interest from down south and abroad – has impressed after bursting onto the scene this campaign.
Leeds and Bologna are just two of the clubs that have been keen to sign the talented youngster.
But the Mail on Sunday report that he is set to seal a dream move to Anfield with Jurgen Klopp for next season.
It’s believed he is seen as a potential long-term successor to Trent Alexander-Arnold and will get the chance to impress in pre-season.
He will become team-mates with Scotland skipper Andy Robertson – who started out at Queen’s Park before earning a move to Dundee Untied and then south of the border.
Aberdeen boss Jim Goodwin previously told fans he was braced for summer exits of top stars like Ramsay and team-mate Lewis Ferguson.
And he made it clear that he already has replacements earmarked IF the duo depart for big transfer fees.
He said: “There are a lot of clubs out there that are looking at those two players in particular.
“We will have contingency plans in place and will be prepared for whatever does happen.
“We will make sure we will have ideal replacements if we do lose any players from the squad.
“I couldn’t tell you right now that those players definitely won’t be leaving in the summer.
“I don’t want to make any statements like that, because everybody has a price.”
It’s been a busy campaign for Ramsay who has made 33 appearances in total – including gaining European experience in the qualifying stages.
The youngster was left out as the Dons drew 1-1 with Hibs in the capital on Saturday.
David Bates had fired the visitors ahead but Paul McGinn levelled with just seven minutes to play.
Aberdeen have two games left to end what has been a disappointing campaign.
They currently sit tenth in the Premiership table on 40 points.
