Trevor Noah didn’t waste any time ripping into President Joe Biden as he opened The Daily Show on Saturday night.
The presenter slammed the US leader in a scathing attack as he weighed in on reports that leaders of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates had declined calls to address the surge in energy prices as a result of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
‘You know what, you can say what you want but this would never have happened to Donald Trump,’ Trevor vented. ‘Never.
‘No one was ever ignoring Donald Trump’s calls because if you were ignoring Donald Trump’s calls, you didn’t know how he would respond.
‘Maybe he’d send an angry tweet or maybe he’d ban your country from everything. You don’t know.’
Trevor continued: ‘I bet in these situations, Biden wishes he could hire Trump to step in as President Wild Card, just keep everyone on their toes. Because if Trump was calling, you best believe the UAE would be racing to pick up the phone.’

It’s safe to say viewers were a little stunned by Trevor’s remarks and rushed to Twitter to comment.
‘Trevor Noah attacked Biden? Have pigs begun to fly?’ one asked.

Echoing a similar sentiment, another penned: ‘Never thought I’d see Trevor Noah talk down Biden in favour of Trump.’
‘When *Trevor Noah* is taking shots at Biden and saying that Trump of all people can do things better, that’s when you know that Biden is messing up,’ another wrote.
Trevor’s commentary comes after Biden authorised an additional $200million (£153million) in weapons and other assistance for Ukraine.
The White House’s announcement followed heavy shelling by Russian forces endangers civilians trying to evacuate besieged cities.
