And Chelsea showed off the results of her hard work – both in this new challenge and from the months before – on Tuesday.
The Teen Mom star displayed her toned stomach and arms while posing in a tight grey vest and joggers.
She later changed into a plunging sports bra and tiny shorts while working out at her gym.
Fans were wowed by her body transformation, with one writing: “She looks damn good for having 3 kids two of which are under 3!!”
Another added: “Wow she looks great!”
Chelsea explained her 75-day routine this week, telling fans: “Starting on Monday, eat a healthy diet, work out 45 minutes a day, drink a lot of water, read 10 pages of a book, and only drink on social occasions.”
The star has been working out to lose the baby weight after giving birth to her fourth child, daughter Walker June, in January.
Chelsea has been following a low-carb diet encouraged by the Profile by Sanford weight loss program.
The TV star – who shares daughter Aubree with ex Adam Lind and Watson, Layne and Walker with husband Cole DeBoer – plans to reach her goal weight by her 30th birthday on August 29.
Back in March, she said she was feeling “ready and motivated” to start working out following the birth of Walker.
She told fans: “I’m ready to just… I turn 30 this year and I’m ready to be motivated. I have a goal in mind. I want to be feeling 100 percent by then.”

“I felt so insecure after all my other babies and like just seeing other people’s bodies,” she previously told InTouch Weekly.
“And this time I just didn’t feel that way. I felt confident and I feel like I know my body and what the process it goes through is – it’s not the body that you’re used to seeing and that’s OK and you don’t even have to love it.”
She added: “Sharing just the whole process [of her body changing] felt important to me.
“And I felt confident enough and secure enough in myself to do that this time. Whereas the other times I was also feeling insecure so I can relate to that also.”
