MARILYN Manson admitted he plotted to murder his ex-lover by setting her on fire and only abandoned the plan when a witness spotted him on the scene.

Decades before the allegations, the singer revealed in his 1998 autobiography, The Long Hard Road Out of Hell, that he devised a murder plot against a former flame to get revenge after their nasty breakup.
In an excerpt from the memoir exclusively obtained by The Sun, Marilyn, whose real name is Brian Warner, wrote about Nancy, who he claimed “pushed herself into the band” Marilyn Manson & the Spooky Kids by being an onstage “prop” for them.
He alleged: “The first time we performed together, I sang while holding her on a leash the whole time—to make a point about our patriarchal society, of course, not because it turned me on to drag a scantily clad woman around the stage by a leather leash.
“Soon afterward, Nancy asked me to punch her in the face, so I began giving her progressively cruder beatings each show. It must have caused some brain damage because she began to fall in love with me.”

He continued of their onstage antics: “I made out with her and sucked her t*ts, and she got on her knees and caressed whatever she found down there, without getting in trouble with my girlfriend, her boyfriend or the law.
“During one concert we put her in a cage, and, as the band played ‘People Who Died’ by the Jim Carroll Band, I revved up a chain saw and tried to grind through the metal.”
Though he had a girlfriend at the time, the two became intimate.
When he told her he wanted her out of the band and to end their relationship, he claimed she “screamed, cried and threatened him.”

He claimed Nancy called clubs and canceled their shows, showed up at concerts to threaten people in the audience, “attacked” the woman who replaced her, called mutual friends to smear his name and sent him “obscene messages and packages.”
The rocker said of her antics: “Never in my life had anyone ever made me so violently angry before. She was ruining my life when we were sleeping together, and now that we weren’t, she was destroying it even more thoroughly. Every night when I came home there was a new death threat waiting for me.
“I finally called her and laid it on the line: ‘Not only are you not going to be in the band anymore, but if you don’t leave town I’m going to have you killed.’ I wasn’t exaggerating. I was infuriated, I had nothing to lose and I was so emotionally wrapped up in the situation that I had no perspective.”
He penned that while he “didn’t think it was right to take a human life,” he also didn’t think it was fair to “deny myself the chance of causing someone to die either, especially someone whose existence meant so little to the world and to herself.”

He wrote that at the time taking a life seemed “like a necessary growing and learning experience, like losing your virginity or having a child.”
Marilyn then began to plan ways to carry out the murder from hiring someone to kill her for “fifty dollars” to poisoning her food.
The singer continued: “This was the first time I had ever seriously considered murder. I wasn’t sure what to do… I wasn’t going to accept any other alternative. She had to die. In my mind, I built her into a symbol, a representation of everyone who had ever tried to possess me or control my mind, whether it be through Christianity or sex, and I wanted revenge—compensation—for the boy they had warped and destroyed.”

Marilyn even revealed the men “followed her, cased out her house and figured out her routine” before they settled on arson.
The night of the planned murder, he filled a shoulder bag with “kerosene, matches and rags.”
As they neared Nancy’s home, a man approached them to sell drugs.
Marilyn wrote: “But Hollywood kept following us, all the way to Nancy’s door. [My friend] and I looked at each other. We didn’t anticipate there being a witness in this deserted neighborhood. The look we gave each other was a question mark: Do we kill him, too? Or do we abandon the plan for tonight?”

He wrote: “I’ll always wonder if Hollywood was some kind of messenger, a portent of the better things I had to accomplish. Because after that night, I became too paranoid to kill Nancy, too scared of getting caught and sent to prison. I woke up to the fact that I had told too many people of my hatred for her, and even the best plan [my friend] and I could come up with wasn’t good enough to protect us from chance events like passing police cars.”
When he ran into Nancy years later at a club, he claimed she got into a fight with his new girlfriend.
He wrote: “The old hatred welled up again, and I wanted to do something heinous and more permanent to her, but I couldn’t find out where she lived.”
On Monday, Marilyn’s ex-fiancee Rachel, 33, accused the singer of “grooming” her as a teenager.

The Westworld actress wrote on Instagram: “The name of my abuser is Brian Warner, also known to the world as Marilyn Manson.
“He started grooming me when I was a teenager and horrifically abused me for years. I was brainwashed and manipulated into submission. I am done living in fear of retaliation, slander, or blackmail.
“I am here to expose this dangerous man and call out the many industries that have enabled him, before he ruins any more lives. I stand with the many victims who will no longer be silent.”
Jenna Jameson, who admitted to having an affair with Marilyn in the ‘90s, claimed he once wanted to burn her body alive.

She told Daily Mail: “We didn’t go out long because I cut it off after he would nonchalantly say he fantasized about burning me alive. Sexually he liked to bite.”
The former porn star said that while sex during their relationship was “consensual,” she ended their relationship “once he started speaking to me violently, I was like… goodbye Brian. Also the bruises from him biting me weren’t fun.”

Marilyn responded to the claims in an Instagram statement that read: “Obviously, my life and my art have long been magnets for controversy, but these recent claims about me are horrible distortions of reality.
“My intimate relationships have always been entirely consensual with like-minded partners. Regardless of how — and why — others are now choosing to misrepresent the past, that is the truth.”
Marilyn has since been dropped by his record label and booking agent.
