THE Woolpack remains at the core of a tense rift between Charity and Chas Dingle, but fans are sick of it.

Charity was first annoyed to see that the Woolpack refit was not quite ready while Chas accepted a job at the B&B.
Chas decided to host Liv and Vinny’s engagement party there with the help Mandy (Lisa Riley) but Charity was not happy that it clashed with her Woolpack relaunch event.
The pair tried to outdo each other by sabotaging the other’s events, including Chas suggesting suggesting to Liv and Vinny they should make their fake engagement party a real wedding reception.
Determined to keep the peace despite Chas’ attempts at putting her down, Charity keeps a brave face on to hide her hurt after finding out the plan, knowing the family will be skipping her reopening to attend the engagement party.
The rivalry grows increasingly sour as Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) and Eric Pollard (Chris Chittell) take sides and attempt to sabotage each other’s events.
Tensions get so high it predictably erupts into a shocking full-blown fight between the warring landladies.
Their row threatens will rock Emmerdale, including Liv and Vinny’s big day.
Viewers watching at home were fed up with their antics and called for family feud to be over.
“Chas is so bitter she had the chance to be manger and blew it,” wrote one fan on Twitter.
Another added: “Chas & Charity storyline makes me wanna vomit.”
A third commented “Tedious & absolutely pointless.”
And a fourth wrote: “I used to like Chas and dislike Charity, but now it’s turned around.”
