DIY SOS viewers have been in floods of tears tonight after the group reworked one dad or mum’s home right into a wheelchair-accessible area for his or her three disabled kids.

Cat and Chris Candy, from Weston Tremendous Mare, stay with their three kids Louisa, 16, Max, 13 and seven-year-old Harry, who all have life-limiting situations that are steadily getting worse.
Harry has had Ehlers Danlos syndrome since beginning, which might trigger him a lot ache that he struggles to sleep.
Whereas, in 2017, Louisa and Max have been identified with Friedreich’s ataxia, a uncommon and neurodegenerative situation.

However, it was an emotional second for the Candy household as host Nick Knowles and his group shocked them with their dream house.
The volunteers put in a raise to assist the youngsters get upstairs, the lavatory was made extra accessible for wheelchairs, whereas the youngsters’ bedrooms have been fitted with hoists to assist them get out and in of mattress.

In an emotional speech on the finish, Cat advised the DIY SOS group: ‘After we left 9 days in the past, we left a home, however once we got here again right now, we’ve come house.
‘That’s so huge and all of you if you got here right here to assist 9 days in the past, you all got here as merchants and volunteers and all of those who have are available alongside the best way.
‘And right now, right now you’re all going house heroes.’
After the shock reveal, viewers couldn’t assist however admitting to shedding a tear or two whereas watching the heartbreaking episode.
