Great British Bake Off bosses honoured late contestant Luis Troyano on the finish of an emotional finale.
The amateur baker died last month, following a battle with oesophageal most cancers, on the age of 48.
He competed in Bake Off season 5 in 2014, ending the present as runner-up to Nancy Birtwhistle.
