Nandi Bushell, the younger viral star who famously beat Dave Grohl in a drum challenge last year, has shared her first new cowl of 2021 – a tribute to her burgeoning love of Britpop.
“This week I’ve been studying about #Britpop, the 90’s and about this superior battle between 2 bands known as Blur and Oasis,” Bushell defined in a tweet this morning (January 3), tagging each bands’ official accounts, in addition to these of Blur members Damon Albarn, Alex James, Graham Coxon, and Dave Rowntree. “The 90[s] appeared like a enjoyable time for music. Wahoo!!! Loving this music.”
The accompanying clip showcases Bushell’s drum, bass, guitar and vocal expertise as she performs Blur’s 1997 hit ‘Tune 2’ in a Union Jack outfit – watch the efficiency beneath.

The proficient multi-instrumentalist had beforehand shared a song bidding farewell to a turbulent 2020, posted on New Year’s Eve, in addition to a powerful performance of Slipknot’s ‘Unsainted’ on December 26.
She captioned her New 12 months’s Eve put up, together with a video of herself and her members of the family singing and enjoying the tune on guitars, by saying: “Pleased New 12 months Everybody! I wrote this music for you all and requested my household to jam it with me.
“I hope it places a smile in your face even when its a bit of tacky! Thanks everybody for supporting me! Love and respect to everybody.”
Liam Gallagher, in the meantime, shared his personal New 12 months message on social media – calling for a 2021 Oasis reunion with brother and former bandmate Noel.
