The title for Kevin Williamson’s Scream reboot has been confirmed because the movie concludes manufacturing.
With a release date of January 14, 2022 confirmed, the movie has been given its title – merely, it’ll be known as Scream.
“That’s a wrap on Scream, which I’m excited to announce is the official title of the subsequent movie!” Williamson wrote on Instagram right this moment (November 18).
“Almost 25 years in the past, once I wrote Scream and Wes Craven introduced it to life, I couldn’t have imagined the lasting affect it might have on you, the followers. I’m excited so that you can return to Woodsboro and get actually scared once more.”
He continued: “I imagine Wes would’ve been so pleased with the movie that Matt and Tyler are making. Directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, the brand new Scream movie’s screenplay has been written by James Vanderbilt (Superb Spider-Man) and Man Busick (Prepared or Not).
Earlier this summer time, Courteney Cox confirmed that she will appear in the Scream reboot, reprising her function as reporter Gale Weathers within the new outing of the long-running franchise.
