A WOMAN is raffling her three-story £275,000 four-bed home – for just £2 a ticket.
Rebecca Kesmen is offering the chance of winning the stunning property in Peterborough which includes four double bedrooms, a garden and decking – for the same price as a Lotto ticket.

Rebecca has even pledged to pay all potential legal fees as well as the stamp duty, if needed.
The unfurnished end terrace townhouse, built in 2018 by Cala Homes, is located in Hampton Vale.
Although its exact address has not been disclosed, similar houses part of the popular development are listed at £275,000.
The property even has its own driveway with space for two vehicles.
Its modern kitchen features gloss grey Nobilia units and a gorgeous wooden worktop, with Rebecca even throwing in some white appliances for the lucky winner.
The house will come with an integrated fridge freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher.
To further entice people into taking the chance of winning a home on this modern housing estate, Rebecca wrote on her Raffall post that the location is on top of good schools and shops, with easy access to road and rail links.
She explained, “We are raffling off our house for £2 a ticket to give someone a chance to live mortgage free or have a passive income from rental income. The tough Covid-19 times we’re in we thinks it’s a fab opportunity.
“Up for grabs is our four double bedroom unfurnished end of terrace townhouse, located near good schools, shops, road and rail links.
“As part of the raffle you not only win the house, we are including us paying for the legal costs and if applicable, stamp duty paid.”

The the pad is kitted out with Amtico vinyl flooring throughout, as well as carpeted bedrooms and a light-wood laminate in the impressive lounge diner.
The property boasts an impressive garden with laid to lawn, raised flowerbeds and decking.
One second-floor bedroom, described as “light and spacious”even includes an en suite shower room.
There are 300,000 tickets on sale at £2 each, in the raffle that will continue until June 30 or when all tickets have been sold.
If not enough tickets are sold to determine a winner, 75 per cent of the ticket proceeds will be awarded to the person with the victorious virtual ticket.
The exact location of the property has not been disclosed “to protect” Gemma and her family, who are still living in the property.
She has created a Facebook page to promote and provide updates on the raffle, called Prize Home Hampton Peterborough.
However, she added “we can move out rapidly” at the end of the post.
House raffles have been growing in popularity in recent years, especially given the recent halt in house viewings during lockdown.
