Prosecutor Sion ap Mihangel stated the thugs had admitted being underneath the affect of cocaine after they “brutally assaulted” Mr Owen, who was drunk and “weak” on the time.

“They’ve proven no regret and the sentences handed down sends a transparent message that offences comparable to this might be handled robustly.”
