A mum accused of faking most cancers arrange a GoFundMe web page with a staged image of her mendacity in a hospital mattress, a courtroom heard.
Nicole Elkabbas, 42, allegedly pocketed greater than £45,000 in donations which she splurged on procuring journeys and a field at Spurs.
