A pair has been rescued from a submerged automobile after nearly two hours underwater in what onlookers named a ‘Christmas miracle’.
Emergency providers saved the unidentified pair from the automobile at round 10:44am close to Norwich on December 24.
They have been taken to hospital for ‘additional evaluation and therapy’ by East of England Ambulance Service, as Storm Bella threatens to bring further flooding to the UK.
Eyewitnesses Matt, 42, and Alex Emmerson, 44, mentioned they assumed the automobile was empty after they first noticed it on Christmas Eve.
They solely realised individuals have been inside when a firefighter waded in and smashed the automobile window, ‘regardless of the water coming as much as his chin’.
