In the market for a new home?
How about a posh houseboat?
It’s up for grabs for £2million, as its millionaire owner, hotelier Peter de Savary, who is best known for owning St James’s Clubs through the 1970s, is selling the property.
The houseboat, which is nicknamed Savvy, won International Superyacht Society Awards in Monaco, and has been kitted out by mega yacht interior designers H2 Yacht Designs.
Now, it’s being sold through Waterview.
The boat is 29.76m long (Picture: Triangle News/Lawrie Cornish)
So, what’s the boat actually like, beyond being very big and very expensive?
From the outside, it looks like a very long, large houseboat, with ‘Savvy’ on the side and red accents.
There’s a deck where you can lounge, dine, and do whatever else you like, weather permitting.
The deck has a hot tub, an outdoior gym, and a dancefloor (Picture: Triangle News/Lawrie Cornish)

On said deck there is, of course, a hot tub. Why not?
There’s also an outdoor gym and a dancefloor.
Then inside you’ll find a covered dining area, a spacious living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms (with space to sleep five people), and three bathrooms.

It’s all very plush and lovely inside, with one of the bathrooms even having a proper bathtub.
With a total of 29.75m in length and powered with a yacht motor, the new owner will be able to travel in luxury throughout Europe.
Waterview director Soren Ravaux said: ‘The number of houseboats in London has risen by 6%since 2012.

‘The lifestyle is hugely appealing for those seeking fresh air and freedom, especially after the confinement we’ve all suffered in recent months.
‘At the same time residential moorings are few and far between, and so the Savvy represents a massive opportunity, coming with an excellent mooring in a great location at Cadogan Pier in Chelsea.

‘Few other boats offer the same combination of security and adventure, and as luxury yachts go Savvy is uniquely environmentally friendly.’
If you have a few million pounds spare and living on this snazzy boat, you can find out more information through the Waterview listing.
