And your favorite metropolis?
Cusco in Peru. I went there to stroll the Inca path. It’s a fantastic place, so excessive up within the Andes, and from the centre of town it’s only a five-minute stroll to all these unbelievable Incan ruins.
The meals was nice, and I liked strolling round and seeing all of the llamas and the villagers coming into city of their brightly colored garments.

I climbed Kilimanjaro in 2016 to boost cash for Assist For Heroes and I took a small chunk of stone from the highest. It’s on my windowsill.
Don’t fear – it’s not tanzanite [a rare mineral] or something like that. It’s a really boring, small brown stone nevertheless it’s only a reminder of the unimaginable second after I made it to the highest.

I’ve simply accomplished this new TV present [Don’t Rock The Boat, due to air on ITV in November], which required me to row from Cornwall to Scotland – from Land’s Finish to John O’Groats – which is over 500 miles.
I needed to sleep within the rowing boat’s tiny cabin in the midst of a storm. I’m over six ft tall and I used to be pondering, ‘What am I doing?’
