As she stood with her hand on her stomach, she then made it drop several centimetres, before bringing it back up again.
“They go up and down, they’re very muscly,” she explained.
“I can bring it up and then I can relax and it drops.
“And there’s no real movement to it, the way a normal stomach would move,” she added, demonstrating by jumping up and down.

But the bump dropping trick sparked shock from her followers, many of whom took to the comments section.
“I have never seen a pregnant person move their stomach,” one person wrote.
“I’m scared of it, but also intrigued?? That’s amazing and I don’t understand it.”
“Ma’am I’ve been pregnant four times and have never done that,” another added.

While a third wrote: “You are something special. That is not a common thing.”
As someone else commented: “Woah! that’s wild! I have never seen someone control the baby bump like that! very cool.”
Minerva then returned to TikTok to offer an apology to anyone she’d shocked with the trick.
Through hysterical laughter, she said: “It has been brought to my attention that this may not be as universal of an experience as I thought.
“I sincerely apologise to anyone who was freaked out, I thought everybody could do that. I’m so sorry!”

Someone commenting on that video wrote: “I did that to a girl at work she was 22 she threw up, declared I was a monster, and that she would never have kids.”
“That’s a pretty good summary of what’s been going on in the comments, and I feel so bad. Oops,” Minerva answered.
