Popular TikTok beauty star, Erin Dugan Jurchak shared the hack with her followers on her account where it has been viewed over three million times.
Erin saw the trend on another person’s TikTok and said she has had the video saved for ever and must know if it works.
The look appears super simple to complete at home.
The first thing to do is make sure the ends of your hair are curly or have a wave to them, as this will create the front section of hair.
Next, tie your hair into a high pony tail , but only pull the hair halfway through, so that it resembles a bun with the ends of your hair hanging loose.
With those pieces place them on top of your head coming down towards your forehead to create a fringe.
Next, use a silk scarf to tie around your head, and cover the hair tie, at this point you can play around with the fringe until you are happy with it and secure the scarf in place with bobby pins.
Erin was able to create a stunning curly fringe using the hack as well as other styles like curtain bangs.
Erin said: “Are you kidding me that is adorable!
“Oh my gosh, curtain bangs too?!?
“I am speechless.”
Not only does the end result look effortlessly stunning, but it only takes a couple of minutes, perfect for if you’re coming from work to a party.
Users on the app also couldn’t get enough of the clever hack, which comes just in time to use for Christmas parties and New Years celebrations.
One user wrote: “This is how I start my messy buns, I’m going to have to try this.”
Another exclaimed: “OMG I am trying this RIGHT NOW.”
A third user commented: “my goodness this is so cute, what a great hairdo hack!”
