MICHELLE Keegan cheekily admitted that she has given up on Dry January after just eight days in an Instagram post this evening.
The 33-year-old star appeared to have had enough of 2021 already, sharing a funny meme from hit sitcom Friends.

Posting to her Instagram Story, the actress shared an image of Jennifer Aniston’s character Rachel Green emptying a bottle of wine into a glass.
Michelle simply captioned the post: “Me… 8 days into ‘Dry January’.”
Run by Alcohol Change UK, Dry January is a campaign that encourages people to stop drinking alcohol during the first month of the year.
Another popular campaign for January is Veganuary, which challenges people to live a vegan lifestyle for 31 days.

Piers Morgan previously poked fun at Brits who were taking part in either following Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s announcement of a third national lockdown on Monday.
The outspoken GMB presenter tweeted at the time: “If you’re still planning to do #Veganuary or #DryJanuary after that announcement, see a doctor.”
Michelle hadn’t previously mentioned that she was taking part in Dry January, but indulged in alcohol and food last month.

And in another Instagram photo, Michelle shared a glam selfie of her with red lipstick and a matching dress as she quipped: “Put the lippy on again for my 100th visit to my fridge!

Michelle enjoyed a low-key Christmas with husband Mark Wright at their home in Essex, with the Manchester lass previously sharing her disappointment that she was unable to reunite her with her friends up North due to travel restrictions amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
