KATE FERDINAND has revealed that even wearing knickers caused her unbearable pain after going through traumatic C-section with baby Cree.
The new mum, 29, has been incredibly open and honest with her followers about how she’s adjusting to motherhood.
Kate told her fans that even wearing knickers left her in unbearable pain after giving birth
One of her followers asked where she had purchased the “big blk maternity pants” she had been wearing in a previous Instagram post.
The former reality star replied: “Now this was something I struggled with, every pair of knickers I tried in the first week were too tight either around my belly/scare or my legs.
“Both legs were really bruised from labour so anything tight was just unbearable!”

Kate went on: “I ended up cutting so many pairs so they were comfortable.”
Earlier on Sunday the wife of ex-footballer Rio Ferdinand opened up to her 1.4 million followers and admitted she’s been feeling emotionally “overwhelmed” after giving birth.
She wrote on her social media: “I am slowly feeling better each day, it’s a gradual recovery and I’m taking it really easy but it’s good to be seeing little improvements daily.
“I’ve always been super emotional. Whatever I’m feeling everyone always knows. I like to wear my heart on my sleeve.

“Since giving birth my emotions are still all over the place, I cry often… I feel so happy with our beautiful new addition but often have moments of feeling overwhelmed.
“I don’t know whether I’m coming or going most days.”
She also said she was “nervous” about revealing her bruised body to fans.
She said: “I was overwhelmed by all of your comments on my recent picture. Sometimes social media can be such a negative place but since sharing this post it has been so positive for me. I was nervous about sharing my reality but so glad I did.
“So many of you have had similar experiences and share the same feelings and emotions.
“It is nice to know we are not alone. Thank you for all of your comments. I have read them all.”
