SHE had a hit with the song ‘I’m Real’ – and this week J-Lo insisted everything about her face is too, as she denied claims that she had gone under the knife or had Botox.
Hours before singing at Joe Biden’s inauguration ceremony the 51-year-old insisted: “For the 500 millionth time, I have never done Botox or any injectables or surgery!”

She hasn’t ruled out injections in the future but we spoke to top consultant aestheticians who agree she may never need to – as they believe she spends more than £3,000 A MONTH on beauty treatments and products to defy the ageing process.
Celebrity cosmetic surgeon Alex Karidis told the Sun on Sunday: “I think for J-Lo, we are seeing an effective combination of expensive facial treatments combined with good facial structure and great genes.
“Plus she is only 51, which is the new 35 for people who look after themselves, don’t smoke and eat well. A healthy lifestyle is a big benefit to the skin, as well as being able to afford the best skincare products.”
Luxurious facial treatments come at a cost. He believes she has expensive face masks, chemical peels and medical facials to cleanse her pores and remove dead skin.
The singer is said to spend £3,000 a month on beauty treatments
“That is how she gets the glow and shine to her skin,” he said.
Despite her 31 movies, eight albums and 47 singles, J-Lo says the number one thing that people ask her about is her skin. And she says that is why she has just launched her own range of eight posh skin care products.
She said: “It’s always been on my mind, and it’s taken 20 years to realise this dream.”
Although it’s only available in the US at the moment, the singer raves about a £35 product called That Limitless Glow Multitasking Mask saying: “When you take it off, honestly, you have a baby face. It’s tightening. It’s glowy. It’s a special thing. We should charge $10,000 for these masks!”

Describing the mask she said: “It’s glowy. It’s a special thing. We should charge $10,000 for these masks!”
Mr Karidis believes it takes much more than a face mask.
He added: “I think she also has expensive light therapy treatments to achieve that lovely glow too, and if you start treatments like this early it bodes well for the future as it slows down the ageing process.”
And luckily J-Lo has millions in the bank to help pay for her top end beauty treatments.
She is now thought to be worth £400 million thanks to her starring role in the hit movie Hustlers which earned her around £30m in 2019, and her five year stint as a judge on prime time TV hit American Idol – earning £16m per series.
She has also earned £50m from her two year residency in Las Vegas, as well as ongoing sales from her lucrative perfume and accessories lines.
Aesthetics expert Sarah White said to look this good in your fifties without going under the knife or having injectables, takes a lot of treatments – and a lot of cash.
Sarah, from Sarah White Aesthetics, said: “Her look cannot be achieved without money.
“J-Lo’s forehead looks very smooth, tight and shiny for a 51-year-old.
“The only way to achieve this look without surgery is to spend huge sums of money on regular peels and facials, as well as very high end facial products.
“There are loads of non surgical treatments she could be having, such as microderm abrasions, laser resurfacing facials which would smooth out fine lines and heated radio frequency treatments which tighten and lift the face.”
J-Lo, who has been engaged to former New York Yankees baseball player Alex Rodriguez since 2017, also has twelve year old twins, Emme and Max, with her ex-husband Marc Anthony.
Sadaf Jaffari of the Skin+IQ clinic in Chelsea where celebrity clients include Dancing on Ice star Rebekah Vardy and singer Alexandra Burke head to for treatments agreed.
She said: “She looks incredible for 51.
