The pandemic has given new meaning to the phrase ‘when life gives you lemons’.
Due to lockdown restrictions, one business woman was unable to advertise and sell the clothes from her store in the usual way.
But Jocelyn May Jazareno Caday, the owner of Jo’s Online Shoppe, was able to still make ‘lemonade’ by adjusting to the situation.
When Jocelyn, from the Philippines, spotted that her husband was sleeping in a ‘handy’ position, she realised he could act as a model for her.
The unsuspecting spouse had laid on his back on the bed, with his arms and legs spread apart.
Instead of dressing her mannequins as she normally would, Jocelyn got to work on her sleeping husband.
She placed an array of different tops, dresses, skirts and shirts on him, taking pictures of each outfit.
When the business woman shared the images on Facebook, it went viral, with more than 22,000 people enjoying the hilarious shots.

Jocelyn posted various images on her page, saying: ‘No mannequin ? No problem. Effort is the key. This is the trend now on how to sell’.
While Jocelyn didn’t make her snoozy partner try on the clothes, the wife simply placed it on him.
She also added the price of each item so potential customers would know how much to pay.

The sleeves and straps were placed expertly on the spouse, as if he was actually wearing the items.
In some of the snaps, he also changed up his sleeping position, adding a certain flair to the images.

And it seems the husband could make money in his sleep as the clothes advertised – including shorts, crop tops and co-ords – piqued people’s interests.

Many followers inquired about the garments while others simply wrote ‘mine’.
Any fashion folks needing models – you may want to look closer to home.
